What is Postscript and why do you need it?

Some printers on our website offer postscript. Whether or not as an option. Postscript is a programming language developed by Adobe that describes what a printed page looks like. The file extension of PostScript files is 'ps'. Almost all large format printers can print PDFs. But some PDF files are a bit more complicated and can only be printed with a PostScript module.

Do you often have more complicated PDF files that you have to print and therefore need the PostScript module? Check which options are available with the printer of your choice. Or let us advise you. Click here for the large format printers with postscript.
