The 36-inch Z36 scanner sits atop the system, keeping everything compact. Scan at up to 1200 dpi and operate via the 15.6-inch controller. Scanning is fast: up to 13 inches per second in black and white and up to 6 inches per second in color.

For scanning and copying, use SmartWorks (scan-to-copy, scan-to-file, and scan-to-email, with support for PDF, JPEG, and TIFF). For printing, Direct Print Plus is available for easily sending jobs.

The TZ series includes security features such as PIN printing, AES-256 encrypted storage, and support for secure network protocols like TLS, IPsec, and 802.1X. You can also restrict ports and functions, such as printing from USB.
