This multifunctional DesignJet is designed for teams who want to share drawings, handle revisions, and occasionally need a quick copy or scan. The scanner is front-loading, making it easy to use even if the printer is placed against a wall. Scanning speeds up to 600 dpi are supported, and you can scan to email, network, USB, or via the HP app to the cloud, computer, or mobile device.
A4 and A0 without conversion
A big plus: you can print not only from a roll (up to 36 inches / 914 mm), but also A4/A3 via the input tray. This means you don't have to constantly switch between rolls and individual sheets. Handy for sets: an A0 drawing for the construction site and the A4 work preparation included.
Speed and quality for CAD and presentations
The T850 MFP is designed for crisp lines and clear details. It prints up to 2400 x 1200 optimized dpi and achieves a print speed of up to 25 sec/page on A1 (up to 90 A1 pages per hour). The printer uses HP Flex Tech pigment inks and supports 130/300 ml cartridges, so you'll need to change them less often.
Smart and secure connected (with HP Wolf Pro Security)
Connect the printer via Gigabit Ethernet or Wi-Fi (including Wi-Fi Direct) and easily print with HP Click, Apple AirPrint, and the HP app. For security, there's HP Wolf Pro Security, with features like HP Secure Boot, allowlisting, and security event logging.
More sustainable in daily use
HP is also focusing on a lower impact with this series: according to HP, the printer contains at least 35% recycled plastic and is ENERGY STAR certified. In addition, automatic on/off (scheduling) helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
